Delaware Law School (also known as Widener University Delaware Law School) is a private institution founded in 1971. It is the only law school in Delaware which makes it an integral part of Delaware’s collegial legal community in America’s corporate capital.

Colleges and programs

Delaware Law School offers a three-year, full time JD (juris doctor) program as well as a part-time program with evening classes.

Widener offers LLM graduate programs at Delaware Law School, as well as other Compliance programs and certificates, dual degree programs to help students understand the law from every perspective.

Signature programs focus on corporate law, criminal law and trial advocacy, environmental law, and family health law.
