A night of international culture

The Festival of Nations will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018, 6-9 p.m. in the Trabant University Center Multipurpose Rooms.

This celebration of international culture features a fashion show of traditional dress, a talent show and a culture fair, recognizing the variety of nationalities and cultures represented at the English Language Institute (ELI).

A family-friendly event, the festival is free and open to the University community.

Students, faculty and staff will share from the rich cultural heritage represented at the ELI. Sample small treats from Saudi Arabia. Have your name written in Arabic or Chinese.

We have so much talent at UD! In addition to showcasing the talents of ELI students, some of our favorite Registered Student Organizations will perform during the talent show. Look for traditional and modern dance and singing from a variety of cultures.

Fashion Show
A display of modern and traditional dress from around the world, the fashion show will help you learn an abaya from a hanbok.
