Billing, Payments, and Tuition

  • I have a question about my session bill. – All students who have questions about their bill must visit the ELI Financial Office at 189 West Main Street any afternoon (Monday to Friday) from 1-4 p.m. If you have courses or tutoring at that time, you can contact the ELI Financial Office staff at elibilling@udel.edu.

WiFi or Computer Problems on the UD Campus

  • I need to set up my UD email address or connect my device to the campus WiFi.  – Instructions for setting up your UD email address are available on the Resources for Current Students page. (See the Setting Up Your UD Email tab). You can also visit the IT website for UD IT 101, a guide to what you need before you arrive and once you arrive on campus.
  • I need help with my computer or Internet access on campus. – Contact the IT Help Center (www.udel.edu/help). If you cannot find the answer to your question online (or if you do not have internet access), contact the Help Center (telephone number: 302-831-6000) or complete an IT Help Request Form . If your IT problem is serious and you need someone to look at your computer, you can make an appointment to take your computer to the Smith Hall computing site in the basement of Smith Hall.
