REMEMBER: Most answers can be found on the ELI website in the Current Student Portal. It is almost always faster to check the portal to find the information you need.

Topics

Billing, Payments, and Tuition

  • I have a question about my session bill. – All students who have questions about their bill must visit the ELI Financial Office at 189 West Main Street any afternoon (Monday to Friday) from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm. If you have courses or tutoring at that time, you can contact the ELI Financial Office staff at elibilling@udel.edu.

Conditional Admissions Program (CAP)

  • I have general questions about CAP. – General information about CAP can be found on the CAP Overview page. If you need help with the admissions process, contact CAPadmissions@udel.edu.

Intention Forms

  • How can I continue studying at the ELI for a longer time? – You can use your Intention Form to register for an additional session at the ELI. Intention forms are available in Week 4 of each session. The Intention Form is completed online. You will receive the link to the form in your email.
  • I need help choosing my classes. – See Karen Asenavage (kasen@udel.edu) or Joe Matterer (jwm@udel.edu).
  • I need to make an appointment to see Dr. Stevens. – To make an appointment with Dr. Stevens, ELI Director, please see the ELI Receptionist in the ELI Main Building at 189 West Main St.

  • I need to leave the ELI for medical reasons. – Contact Jeanine Chapman (jeaninec@udel.edu). Be prepared to show them a medical excuse note that is written and signed by your medical doctor.

Wireless Network or Computer Problems on the UD Campus

  • I need a user name/password to log in to the campus wireless network. – Visit the front desk at any ELI building or contact the ELI Admissions Office.
  • How do I register my laptop to have access to the campus wireless network? – Visit www.udel.edu/network. You will need your UDelNet ID and password. This information is also available in the ELI Student Handbook.
  • I need help with my computer or Internet access on campus. – Contact the IT Help Center (www.udel.edu/help). If you cannot find the answer to your question online (or if you do not have internet access), contact the Help Center (telephone number: 302-831-6000) or complete an IT Help Request Form . If your IT problem is serious and you need someone to look at your computer, take your computer to the Technology Solutions Center in the basement of Smith Hall.
