Students can reserve Individual Student Use Spaces using 25Live Express Scheduling.
University Student Centers
Students may use 25Live Express to book the following spaces within the University Student Centers during the following hours of operation:
Summer Session 2023
Tuesday, May 30–Sunday, August 21, 2023
- Monday-Friday: 7 a.m.–3:45 p.m.
- Weekends: CLOSED
Exceptions:
- Tuesday, July 4: CLOSED
Perkins Student Center Rooms: 307 and 308
Space can be reserved between 15 and 75 minutes per session.
Note: The use of this system requires no additional training, and room reservations are approved immediately. Express Scheduling can be used on any computer using the Chrome or Firefox web browsers (the system will not work in Internet Explorer) or on a mobile device.
Morris Library
Students can reserve individual study rooms in Morris Library during the following hours of operation, September 14 – December 16, 2021
- Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m.-11 p.m.
- Friday: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Sunday: 11 a.m.-11 p.m.
Campus Spaces for Study and Collaboration
Where can I go on campus to study or take an online class?
The Student Centers have spaces available either by reserving space via the Reserve a Space form or using available common spaces. Common spaces in Perkins Student Center are the Scrounge, East Lounge, West Lounge, lower-level seating, concourse seating, 3rd-floor conference table. Common spaces in Trabant are Daughterty Hall, Trabant Lounge, 2nd-floor seating, the food court and lower-level seating.
Lerner Hub Collaboration Rooms
Lerner’s One South Main building has five Collaboration Room with flat panel monitors and capacities of four and six.
Students may use the reservation system to book time slots up to two hours.
