For the Hospitality Business Management major, experience driven learning is key. The Vita Nova Restaurant and Courtyard by Marriott offer students hands-on experience where you can round out your academic knowledge. Vita Nova is a fine-dining student-managed restaurant. The 126-room Courtyard by Marriott offers students valuable experience in sales, marketing, revenue management, front office and housekeeping.
The Hospitality Industry Management major is designed for students with a strong career interest in analytical and support functions such as consulting, commercial real estate transaction services, sales and marketing, revenue management, e-business and hospitality information technology in the global hospitality industry.
