Try one of GEM Breathing Techniques!!
Box Breath

We are going to take a moment to do a short breathing exercise to try and destress ourselves.
Get in an upright seated position with your back straight, feet flat on the floor and roll your shoulders back, making sure you can breathe easily.

This activity is called box breathing.
INHALE count of 4
HOLD count of 4
EXHALE count of 4
HOLD count of 4.
Repeat 3x!

This type of breathing gives us an opportunity to relax a little bit.
