Fitness Facts: This fun activity gets participants up and moving while learning about fun fitness facts.

For each question, there is a specified movement. Participants must complete this movement repeatedly until someone answers the question correctly. Then, you can move onto the next movement and question. Use this as a fun activity to get up and move while learning about physical activity.

The link below will take teachers, 4-H leaders or other adult mentors to a Google site for you to share a series of 3 videos with your teens about holistic youth wellness and fitness.

The teens will evaluate each lesson from the perspective to improve the lesson. Teens and adults will gain knowledge, skills and abilities, grow closer and receive volunteer hours for participating.
