Student Life Art Contest

Show off your creativity—your art deserves the spotlight!

The Student Life Art Contest is open-ended in theme and designed to celebrate the incredible talent of UD student artists. Starting in October, submissions will open for the 2026 contest, giving you the chance to create and share your best work.

Eight winning artists will be selected to showcase their work in the Perkins Student Center Student Art Exhibition Display and online in the Artist Space, with the new exhibit revealed in late spring 2026. Winners will also be announced on Student Life News.

Why enter?

  1. Have your art featured in one of UD’s most visible student spaces.
  2. Build your professional portfolio with a juried exhibition credit.
  3. Share your creativity with the campus community at the height of the academic year — right alongside graduation season.
  4. Gain exposure both in-person and online through Student Life channels.

Other submissions may also be selected for display in Student Life spaces across campus, so every entry has the chance to be seen.

Submit your work, inspire your peers and leave your mark at UD!
