May 28: 2018 Women’s Leadership Program Cohort Reconnect, 3:00-5:00, Zoom. Amidst times like the COVID-19 crisis, resilient abilities are needed for leadership more than ever. Join us on May 28, 3:30-5:00 pm, for some teachings about resilience, wrapped around an open discussion and short breakout discussion sessions. We want to hear about how you’ve each been doing and what you’ve been up to since we were last together two years ago. You will also have the opportunity to reflect on your own resilience and how you may grow it more as you tackle our world’s new abnormalities.
May 5: Promotion & Tenure Panel, Tenured/Tenure-Track Faculty, 3:00-4:30, Zoom. The UD ADVANCE Institute and the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs are co-hosting a panel discussion about the promotion and tenure process. The focus will be largely on promotion to associate professor with tenure, but tenured faculty seeking promotion to full professor should feel free to attend and ask questions. Included will be information about the new dossier submission portal and the timeline extension process.
