Spring 2024 Workshops on Conducting Faculty Evaluation
The UD ADVANCE Institute has developed workshops on faculty evaluation geared toward members of faculty review committees (P&T or 2-/4-year review).  Workshops are based on results from the COACHE Faculty Satisfaction Survey and UD ADVANCE interviews with faculty on their experiences of P&T at UD.
This spring’s workshops will focus on strategies to foster smooth and transparent evaluation processes. Workshops are interactive and will be facilitated by UD ADVANCE Faculty Fellows.
