UD ADVANCE PAID
Between 2008 and 2013 the University of Delaware held an ADVANCE PAID grant jointly between the College of Engineering and the College of Arts and Sciences. The project was called “UD ADVANCE: RRR (Resources for Recruitment and Retention) of Women Faculty in STEM Fields.” In collaboration with ADVANCE programs at the Universities of Michigan and Wisconsin, the ADVANCE team developed and held two workshops several times each academic year:
