CHEM 679: Biomolecular NMR Spectroscopy

Course Description: Overview of modern NMR theoretical and experimental approaches used for solving problems in structural biology, biochemistry, and biophysics. Introduction to NMR theory and instrumentation, modern multidimensional NMR experiements; applications to structure, dynamics, protein folding, drug design, ligand and ion binding, mechanisms of enzyme reactions.
