AVIIIHD 600 MHz Solid State NMR

The standard bore AVIIIHD 600 MHz NMR spectrometer is a dedicated solid state instrument with a four-channel Bruker AVIIIHD console and 7 probes, geared toward high-resolution protein MAS NMR spectroscopy as well as for not-so-high resolution spectroscopy of half-integer quadrupolar transition metal nuclei in proteins.

• Bruker 1.3mm HCN probe for fast MAS/proton detected applications to biological systems
• Bruker 3.2mm EFree HCN probe for moderate MAS applications to high salt biological systems
• Bruker 3.2mm EFree HCN probe for moderate MAS applications to high salt biological systems with an MAS gradient channel
• Triple resonance 1.8 mm MAS probe built by the group of Prof. Ago Samoson
• Triple resonance (HXY) 1.6 mm T3 MAS probe
• Double resonance (HX) 3.2 mm T3 MAS probe
• Single resonance 5 mm MAS Doty probe
