Motorcycle Permit Information
Definition
For the purposes of University parking regulations, the term “motorcycle” includes:

Mopeds
-
Motor scooters
-
All other two- and three-wheeled motorized vehicles
Registration & Permits
Motorcycle permits may be purchased by faculty/staff or students.

Students may purchase a motorcycle permit as their primary permit and utilize a motorcycle as their primary mode of transportation. One permit per student account.

Faculty/staff may purchase a motorcycle permit and utilize a motorcycle as their primary method of transportation or register their motorcycle as an alternate vehicle under a primary vehicle permit. When registered under the primary vehicle permit, the motorcycle may be parked in any lot where the primary permit is valid in a regular parking space without additional charge.
Important: If you are a faculty/staff member who wishes to park your motorcycle in a lot not covered by your current permit (e.g., a Red permit holder wants to park in a Central lot), you must purchase a separate motorcycle permit or change your primary permit.
Motorcycle permits must be paid for in full. Payroll deduction is not available for this permit type.
Authorized Parking
Motorcycle permits are valid only in designated motorcycle spaces.
