Motorcycle Definition

For the purposes of these regulations, the term “motorcycle” includes mopeds, motor scooters, and all other two- and three-wheeled motorized vehicles.

Registration

Motorcycles permits may be purchased alone or in conjunction with a vehicle permit and are valid in any motorcycle space on campus. Motorcycles may be registered as a vehicle on the primary permit and park in a lot that the permit is valid for without additional charge. If you wish to park a motorcycle in a lot your current permit is not valid; i.e. a red permit holder wants to park a motorcycle in a central lot; you may obtain a separate motorcycle permit. Motorcycle permits are only valid in motorcycle spaces.

Authorized Space

Permit holders who have a current permit may park their motorcycle as an alternate vehicle in any motorcycle or vehicle space in the lot that their permit is valid without additional charge. Motorcycles being used as an alternate vehicle must be registered to the primary permit.
