GSG are currently in the midst of a series of meetings with the folks at Empower, a mentoring group on campus. Part of what they want to offer the GSG is “financial literacy” seminars. We are also currently forming an ad hoc committee to investigate the living costs in Newark. They will likely uncover a lot about the relationship between stipends and how much students can expect to spend living here.
