Hi, folks.  Yesterday, we had a situation where a title came up in DELCAT as “Not Available” where the due date would be.  It was “Media Loan” and still said “Available” where it usually does.  Do you know what that means?  Well, it means that the DVD was checked in at the main circulation desk so is “in transit” but WorldCat cannot say that.  If you see that message, ask staff to check up in Circulation.  It will be found sitting on our shelf in circ, waiting for us to pick it up and check it in on our terminals which will fix all the messages.  Now you know!
