Posting of Grades

At the end of each session faculty are to post the final grades for their courses on their office doors. Grades must be calculated and posted prior to the graduation ceremony, with information made available to the office to make determinations regarding the issuing of certificates, awards, and promotion/retention.

All faculty members must provide each of their students a view of their individual grades and effort scores at both the midpoint and conclusion of each session of study.

University policy forbids faculty members from using student identification numbers, such as social security numbers, when posting grades. Please assign each student a password that can be used for the purposes of posting grades.
