Igniting Your Leadership Spark
Save the date for our Jr Leader Weekend. This year the event will be a combined Kent and New Castle County event, held at the Biden Environmental Center in Cape Henlopen State Park January 16-18, 2026. Join teens from the two counties as we learn about our leadership styles and those of others we work with, process teambuilding activities, and have FUN with 4-H’ers from other clubs. All current Kent and New Castle 4-H members aged 13 and older are invited to join us.
