Keynote Speaker: Kelly Weisner is the 4-H Youth Development Educator in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. A 4-H Educator for 24 years, Kelly has worked in both Lehigh and Northampton Counties providing programming for youth. Her program areas include teen leadership, camp, volunteer training, livestock, equine, and all things 4-H. A mother of two 4-H members, a teen and tween, and married to a 4-H volunteer, her family bleeds green. Kelly has a B.S. in Agriculture Education from Delaware Valley College and a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Penn State University.
