Leaders and Jr. Council

The Leaders Association is open to all adult 4-H volunteers. Members organize and support various county events throughout the year. Meetings are held the 4th Monday of every month at 7 p.m. at the New Castle County Extension office.

Junior Council is open to all 4-H’ers age 13 and older. This group organizes and supports various county events, service and fund-raising events. Meetings are held the 4th Monday of every month at 7 p.m. at the New Castle County Extension office.
