Looking ahead, there are many important upcoming events to read about in the March blog including:

~State Camps, Environmental Camp and Day Camps are now registering.  Please help us spread the word about our great summer camping programs!

~The first demonstration contest is March 15 followed by the second date of May 12. Do not miss this great opportunity to share your 4-H knowledge and skills.

~Come out and support our Exchange Group at their 3rd Annual Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser at Immanuel United Methodist Church in Townsend on March 24. The funds raised cover expenses in hosting the group arriving from Montana this summer. If you cannot attend the dinner and would like to contribute to their effort, donations would be greatly appreciated.  A bake sale will be featured as well.

~An exciting Jr. Council Weekend is planned for April 20-22 at Mallard Lodge in Smyrna, DE. Younger Members are invited to join the fun April 21-22 for a fun filled overnighter. Please register by March 26.

~Ag Day is April 28 and a great opportunity for 4-H clubs to highlight their activities and promote 4-H.  Please submit the registration form by March 23. Our 4-H Leaders will have a food booth and help is welcomed throughout the day. The funds raised help support many New Castle County 4-H programs.

As always, please let us know if you have any comments, suggestions, questions or concerns.

Yours in 4-H,

Betsy, Kaitlin, and Serena
