All faculty and staff who wish to park on campus are required to have a valid parking permit at all times, unless using pay-to-park facilities.
Daily Permits
Faculty and staff who do not regularly drive to campus but occasionally need to bring a vehicle may purchase daily permits.

Annual Parking Permits
Faculty and staff based on the Newark Campus may register for annual permits in the following areas:

Red, Gray, Central, Pearson

Central Reserved (includes Lots 20C, 21, 34C, 37C, and 53C)

Star Campus (e.g., Star Gray)

Carpool
- Hybrid Permit
Payroll Deduction is available for benefit-eligible employees purchasing annual permits.
Responsibilities
Faculty and staff permit holders are required to:

Report any changes affecting parking eligibility to the Parking Office

Authorize the University to transfer unpaid fines or late fees (after 30 days from the appeal decision or violation date) to:

Payroll deduction via Human Resources, or

A collection agency, if applicable
