We provide more personalized, holistic care for our patients; are open for in-person and telehealth visits, support individuals ages 13 and older and accept Medicare and most insurance providers.

We are conveniently located on UD’s STAR campus in Newark, right off of 95, and minutes from northern Delaware, Chester County, PA, and Cecil County, MD.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

• Please remember to bring your insurance card and ID.
• Please bring all completed forms with you to your appointment.
