NMPCC is OPEN for in-person visits
At NMPCC we value our patients and want you to know that we are taking extra steps with following the CDC guidelines to minimize any possibility of exposure to COVID-19 to keep our patients and visitors safe and healthy.
We in the office scheduling certain types of in-person appointments in addition to our telehealth visits as recommended by the CDC guidelines.
Office Hours: Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
What to expect:
- You must have an appointment and wear a facemask to be able to enter the building. If you do not have a mask one can be provided to you at the front desk; you will also be asked screening questions upon arrival.
- During this time, no walk-ins will be permitted. You will need to call the office to schedule an appointment.
- Appointments, Registration, and Payments will be taken over the phone. Necessary paperwork will be emailed prior to your appointment.
- When scheduling an appointment and the day prior to your appointment, the staff will contact you to go over the COVID screening questionnaire. If your symptoms happen to change prior to your appointment, please call the office before coming in.
**The NMPCC does not provide routine COVID testing and will not have vaccinations on-site. Patients/providers are being tiered appropriately and there are options within the State at both State clinics and also large hospital systems.**

NO walk-ins will be allowed. The flu clinic will be by appointment only to allow for time in between appointments to disinfect. All COVID restrictions/rules for UD apply.
