The channels in this study [89-J] were arranged according to the right diagram in this picture. E.g. Fp1 and Fp2 should be 1 and 32 green, respectively. Specifically, channels 1-32 were at 1-32 of Green, and 33-64 were at 1-32 Yellow. We then took 4 channels out and placed them around the eyes to record EOG. We used 1 and 10 green for the VOG (vertical oculographic artifact) and 1 and 32 yellow for the HOG (horizontal oculographic artifact). So if you have 64 channels you use [2-9], [11-32], [34-63] for the true signal.
