We started our day today by installing casing in the well drilled yesterday in Liti. We finished up pretty early, so the team took the afternoon to hike the Zomba plateau! We drove about halfway up the plateau and stopped at a beautiful waterfall to eat lunch and begin our hike! 

The hike was about 3 miles each way and 37,000 feet. At the top, there was a small rastafarian hut selling crystals harvested from the area. There was an overlook called emporer’s view where you could see the entire city below!

The team then headed back to the farm for some much needed rest and relaxation!
