UD alum Amber Hikes named first chief diversity officer for ACLU
Amber Hikes, a 2006 graduate of the University of Delaware, talks about her experience as an RA. Her position at the American Civil Liberties Union is the first position of its kind in the organization’s 100-year history, giving Hikes the formidable responsibility of examining diversity and promoting equity within the ACLU and beyond.
