The Canvas native account-level ePortfolio tool will be fully retired on June 30, 2026. After this date, only the new portfolio solution will be available to use in Canvas. Although the Portfolium Folios tool was never accessible directly through Canvas@UD, its availability will also be retired.
Canvas will begin displaying persistent messaging to users of the current native account-level ePortfolios tool starting in January, so as to provide users with six months notice and time to export their existing portfolios.
Canvas@UD admins recommend users download the contents of your ePortfolio as a zip file if you will need continued access to content. For more information, please see the Canvas guide, How do I download the contents of my Canvas native ePortfolio? or refer to the instructional video:
You may also delete your ePortfolio if you would prefer. Please see the Canvas guide, How do I delete my ePortfolio?
If you used the external student ePortfolios tool known as Portfolium, provided to Canvas@UD users through its relationship with Canvas, please see this Canvas guide, How to export content from Canvas Student ePortfolios/Folio as a student? Portfolium cannot be accessed directly from Canvas@UD. Instead, visit https://portfolium.com/login.
