New Castle County 4-H will welcome 10 delegates from Colorado 4-H in July as part of the 2015-16 Interstate Exchange Program. The members are actively hosting fundraiser events and have also set-up a Go Fund Me page. Any size contribution will be helpful and is greatly appreciated!
