It’s that time of year again! Time to shine a spotlight on all your amazing activities and experiences over the past 4-H year. County Record Books are your chance to showcase your hard work, dedication, and achievements.
Why Should You Complete Your Record Book?

- Get Recognized: Stand out and get the recognition you deserve!
How to Get Started:
- Start Now: Don’t wait! Begin working on your record book today to make it the best it can be.
- Access Forms: Find all the necessary forms on the State 4-H website and linked below.
- Get Help: If you need assistance, ask your leader or a seasoned 4-H member. They’re there to support you!
- Submit Your Book: We encourage every 4-H member to submit record books for all the projects they’ve completed.

Diamond Clover 4-H Award
The award consists of six levels that each require a 4-Her to plan and accomplish a broad range of age-appropriate tasks, acquiring valuable life skills as they progress.
