Join Jr Council this Fall!
Jr. Council is a group of NCC 4-H’ers ages 13 to 19. This group provides input into the county 4-H program, plans & facilitates county-wide activities for other 4-H’ers, and provides leadership opportunities. Jr. Council members are ambassadors of the 4-H program and are positive role models for younger 4-H members.
