Happy October!

It’s almost National 4-H Week! Are you prepared to join in on the fun and social media challenges that State Teen Council has put together? What better time to try some new opportunities and experiences than the start of a new 4-H year? We have some fun activities planned for the upcoming month. Make sure you get enrolled / re-enrolled so you can participate in them all. Delaware 4-H enrollment and re-enrollment for the 2024-2025 year started on September 1, 2024.  If you have any questions regarding enrollment, please reach out to Serena.

Since National 4-H week starts this coming Sunday, be sure to look out for club window displays that will be displayed in the Wilmington, Newark, and Middletown area. I hope to see each of you this Saturday at the New Castle County 4-H Achievement Celebration. We will be celebrating all of YOU, our 4-H members, and volunteers. We look forward to another great year with you!

Calling all 13+ year olds who want to travel and meet 4-H members across the US! We are looking to start a new cycle with Exchange Group, if you are interested in traveling or exploring somewhere new, please reach out to me and let me know you are interested. If you have questions, please let me know and I would be happy to answer them. The Exchange Group is a great chance to explore new places in a safe environment.

Be sure to look at Delaware 4-H Facebook for news and updates. Plan to participate in new events, make new friends, volunteer for something new, plan a community service event and tell others your 4-H story. If you need anything, please reach out to us, we are here and happy to help with anything you need. 4-H has something for everyone!
