Happy New Year 4-H Friends and Families!
We ended 2019 with some great community service activities. 4-Hers were ringing the bell for Salvation Army, participating in Wreathes across America, preparing Adopt-A-Family gifts and even filled our office tree with cold weather gear for needy families. Thank you for serving others!
We have a variety of 4-H activities planned to kick off 2020. First and foremost is the Favorite Food Contest on Jan. 25. We hope many 4-Hers will participate. Not only can you enter Favorite Foods but you can also participate in the Foods Judging Contest and submit your photos in the Photography Contest. Parents, leaders and friends can enter the Adult Appetizer Competition sponsored by the New Castle County Links (4-H members will judge adults). All entries are due Friday, Jan. 10 by 4:30 pm.
