Happy Spring (we hope!) to you all!
Congratulations to the first place Senior Horse Bowl Team from the Heavenly Hooves 4-H Club! Ann Blackmore served as coach to Daisy Timney, Sarah Brown and Jessica Knowles.
The Exchange Group held their third annual spaghetti dinner fundraiser. The funds raised will go towards hosting the 4-Hers arriving from Big Fork, Montana in June. A big thank you to everyone who came and to the parent volunteers who helped with the execution.

Registration is due April 9 for Legislative Day on April 25. New Castle County 4-H Leaders Association will provide transportation and pay the registration fee for New Castle 4-Hers. Register at: https://udapps.nss.udel.edu/casforms/ag/4H/legday/index.jsp
Do not miss Ag Day on April 28 at the University of Delaware College of Ag and Natural Resources from 10-4. Clubs are preparing educational displays- featuring ladybugs to virtual reality goggles. If your club is not participating, there are opportunities to volunteer at the 4-H table or assist the 4-H Leaders at their food booth. Let us know if you can lend a hand!
Plan to participate in the second demonstration contest on May 12, as there are many open categories.

Make sure to also check the calendars for activities and deadlines. The blog is here to help you stay informed and easily find the info and forms you need.
Let us know if you have any questions!
Yours in 4-H,
