Jr. Council members have been planning an exciting weekend for 4-H members 13 and older at the 2017 Junior Leader Weekend! Space is limited so register early. Cost: $40.00. Come, help plan Younger Member Weekend, gain new leadership skills, work on a community service project and have fun working with other New Castle County 4-H teens.
