The NCC Links and Leaders Association graciously donate scholarship funds each year to assist with the costs of state 4-H camp for NCC 4-Hers. The NCC Links also offers a $200 scholarship for Newark Day Camp, in honor of the late Mr. Mark Manno. Scholarship applications should be completed and turned in to the 4-H office by Monday, February 15.
