Food is prepared for a guaranteed number of guests.Without a reservation, seating is not guaranteed.
The absolute deadline for registration is Tuesday, November 24, 2015
Registrants must pay their $17 lunch cost by check at the door.
Be sure to indicate special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc.) in the Comments box on the form.
Once registered, you will be charged for the lunch even if you do not attend, as UDARF is charged by the food providers for the number of members registered one week before the event. If, after registering, you are unable to attend, please let UDARF know of the change so that reservations can be adjusted accordingly (one week minimum notice).
