If you are interested in a one day visit at the University of Delaware Physical Therapy Clinic and wishing to observe our clinicians, please complete the following:

Please give our team greater than a week’s notice so that we can review your application and organize an observational opportunity. Further details for the required orientation process will be sent with your application acceptance.

The University of Delaware Physical Therapy clinic is committed to the protection of minors (under 18 years of age) who are interested in observation of physical therapy as a career choice.  We allow high school and college students to observe physical therapy to explore it as a future career choice and also allow high school students to regularly volunteer as an aide as long as they can commit to a full semester schedule.   Minors will be supervised by trained individuals during their time in the clinic, must provide emergency contact information and will be required to check in and out during their visit.
