Airelle graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University in 2001. She went on to receive her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware in 2003, Sports Residency in 2004, and then her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Temple University in 2007. She lectures nationally and internationally on topics related to residency training, concussion management, ACL and knee rehabilitation, gymnastics, and consults on challenging patients in the clinical setting. Her professional development is in the area of training Physical Therapy Residents and Doctoral Students and clinical leadership. She teaches in Emergency Response, Exercise Progression, Sports, Concussion and Clinical Management in the UDPT program. Airelle is recognized as a board-certified clinical specialist in the areas of orthopedic and sports physical therapy and is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor.

Grace graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science in 2004. She went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Delaware in 2006. She has worked at the University of Delaware Physical Therapy Clinic since 2008. Grace’s professional development has been in the area of vestibular therapy and she has been treating patients with dizziness since 2009. She teaches the vestibular component in UD’s Doctor of Physical Therapy curriculum. She is a board-certified clinical specialist in the areas of neurologic and geriatric physical therapy and she completed the APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor as well as the Advanced Clinical Instructor Course. She is also a trainer with the American Red Cross for Emergency First Response and CPR.

Luke graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science in 2012 and he continued at the University of Delaware to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2015. He went on to work in both the acute care and acute rehabilitation settings. He returned to the University of Delaware Neurologic and Older Adult Clinic in 2023. He has experience working with diverse neurologic diagnoses including an emphasis on stroke rehabilitation. Luke is recognized as a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy as well as an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor.

Chris received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware in 2014, a Masters of Science in Anatomy and Clinical Health Science from University of Delaware in 2016, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Delaware in 2017. He then completed an orthopedic physical therapy residency and became a board-certified specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in March of 2018. He subsequently spent 5 years working and directing outpatient physical therapy clinics in Smyrna and Bear Delaware. He returned to the University of Delaware in October of 2023 with his current role of PT Educator; teaching DPT students and treating patients. He is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor and a mentor for the UDPT Sports and Orthopedic Residencies and the manual fellowship.

He completed a Sports Residency at the University of Delaware in January of 2019 and then spent 3 years working in his hometown communities of Smyrna and Middletown. During this time away, he also worked alongside athletic trainers and physicians where he gained additional experience managing high school athletics. He returned to the University of Delaware in May 2022 where he currently treats Sports and Orthopedic patients, is a clinical instructor for UDPT graduate students and a mentor in the Sports and Orthopedic Residency Programs. Trevor graduated with his bachelor’s degree in human movement science from Utah State University in 2012. He furthered his education by attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2015. Before coming to the University of Delaware in 2021 he worked primarily with patients with neurodegenerative conditions at the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is a multiple sclerosis certified specialist, recognized by the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers. Trevor is recognized as a Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists and as an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor training the next generation of PT students in UD’s Neurologic and Older Adult Clinic.

Felix received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Western Washington University in 2019 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2023. He joined the University of Delaware Physical Therapy Clinic in 2024 where he is currently seeing sports and orthopedic patients. Felix will be starting his PhD with a focus on Spine Rehabilitation starting September 2024 while remaining active in the clinic throughout his training.

Jeff received his BS in Exercise Science in 2008 and Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010, both from the University of Delaware. He began practicing as an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist in Washington, DC, but returned to the University of Delaware in 2013 to complete a Sports Physical Therapy Residency. He transitioned to the role of a full-time physical therapist in the UD Sports and Orthopedic clinic upon completion of the residency. He is the course coordinator for the UDPT Integrated Clinical Experiences and the Coordinator of the Sports and Orthopedic Residency Programs. He treats patients in the Sports and Orthopedic clinic, with a special interest in the throwing athlete, and is involved in the DPT basic evaluation and orthopedics course. Jeff is recognized as a Board Certified Orthopedic and Sports Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists, a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, and as an APTA Credentialed Advanced Clinical Instructor.

Leslie received her bachelor’s degree in biology from Washington College in 2007 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware in 2011. She completed her Neurologic Residency in 2013 with the Ithaca College/Unity Health System program (now Rochester Regional Health System Neurologic Residency). Leslie went on to work in the acute rehabilitation setting, primarily working with individuals with spinal cord injury and brain injury. She returned to UD in 2014 and works in the Neurologic and Older Adult Clinic. She has participated in the Parkinson’s Foundation Faculty program for advanced training to work with individuals with Parkinson’s. She is a member of the ANPT Knowledge Translation Task Force for the Parkinson’s Disease CPG. Leslie teaches in the neuro curriculum in the areas of neurology, balance, Parkinson’s Disease, and stroke. Leslie is recognized as a Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists and she is also an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor.

Shane received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2014 prior to completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Delaware in 2016. He then completed the Sports Residency program at the University of Delaware. Following residency, Shane spent the 2018-19 season as part of the New England Patriots Medical staff. He also assisted in opening the Physical Therapy Clinic within Boston Sports Center, an integrated sports medicine center. Shane returned to the University of Delaware in 2020 in a role teaching DPT students in the Sports and Orthopedics Clinic and mentoring sports residents. He currently shares a joint position within the UDPT clinic as well as UD Athletics. He is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

In 2020 Greg became a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists after completing a manual orthopedic fellowship at the University of Delaware. He is a mentor for PT students, residents and fellows, as well as the Program Coordinator for the Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship. Greg also assists in classroom and lab settings throughout our Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. He is an APTA-credentialed clinical instructor and works in the UDPT Sports & Orthopedic Clinic.

Becca went on to work in the acute rehabilitation setting at the Center for Rehabilitation at Wilmington Hospital and returned to the University of Delaware Neurologic and Older Adult Clinic in 2018. She has experience working with a diverse set of neurologic and orthopedic diagnoses including stroke, brain injury, and limb loss. She is involved in the neurologic and acute care curriculum in the UDPT program. She also coordinates the UDPT practicum class working with undergraduates as aides in the PT clinic who are interested in becoming physical therapists. Following PT school, Kate completed a Sports Residency at Virginia Commonwealth University and became a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy in 2020. She has a special interest in working with the female athlete and with endurance sports. Kate teaches the next generation of PT students as an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor and is a mentor for the UDPT Sports and Orthopedic Residencies.

Megan received her bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the University of Delaware in 2014 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware in 2016. She completed her Neurologic Residency in 2018 with the Johns Hopkins Hospital/University of Delaware Physical Therapy program. Megan went on to work in outpatient and acute rehabilitation settings, primarily working with individuals with vestibular disorder, stroke, and brain injury.
Megan has completed advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation and has been treating patients with dizziness for since 2018. In 2021, she returned to the University of Delaware and works in the Neurologic and Older Adult Clinic. She teaches in the DPT neurologic curriculum in the area of brain injury and vestibular rehabilitation. Megan is recognized as a Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists and she is also an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor.
