  The Senate approved a resolution clarifying AI disclosure in legislation and executive procedures.

• SR-2526-03 On the Creation of Executive Procedures

  The Senate approved an Amendment to the Bylaws to create Executive Procedures, which regulate the actions and policies of officers and create uniform standards.

• SR-2526-06 Amendment for Clarity in GSG By-Laws

  The Senate approved a series of bylaw amendments to match the updated language in the Constitution

• SR-2425-05 Resolution for Basic Edits in GSG By-Laws and Constitution

  The Senate approved a bylaws amendment that allows the Governance Committee to make formatting and typographical error fixes to all governing documents without needing to bring forth an amendment. These changes must be laid before the Senate for one week, where any Senate may object.

• SR-2425-04 Travel Award and Funding Overhaul Resolution

  The Senate approved a resolution calling on the graduate college to return travel funding to their previous state and set up a group to work with the graduate college to overhaul the travel funding policy.

• SR-2425-03 On Amendment for GSG Constitution Clarity

  The Senate approved several Constitutional amendments to remove ambiguity and ensure it aligns with the operations of the GSG.
