There are plenty of fascinating and beautiful destinations in West Timor and the neighboring islands. We will arrange for a brief half day tour of sites around Kupang, but you will have a chance to explore more on your own. You can also take a week of extra vacation in the area or on another island (such as Bali) upon completing your field placement, but you have to let us know your return date to the USA in advance, before the international tickets are purchased.
