Courses or boosters are usually advised for  Diphtheria; Hepatitis A and B; Tetanus; Typhoid, Japanese Encephalitis. You should start your vaccination program as early as possible since the Hep A and B series may take about  90 days to complete (if you were never vaccinated before).

There is currently an alert about a diphtheria epidemic in various areas of Indonesia (including Jakarta), so make sure you get a diphtheria booster.
