Sarah Hartman on the recent Philippines assessment trip

This past month, current Philippines project manager and incoming Engineers Without Borders University of Delaware Chapter president Sarah Hartman was named a 2016 Truman Scholar! Sarah is currently a junior honors environmental engineering major from Wilmington, DE with a heartfelt passion for international water & sanitation projects that are especially sensitive to the needs of the communities they serve. With the Malawi project team looking to implement a water supply design and the Philippines project team looking at water sanitation & distribution solutions, Sarah is in the right place to oversee the advancement of this mission in Mphero & Ubujan respectively. All told, EWB-UD is honored to have Sarah Hartman within our ranks and collectively wishes her the best of luck in her tenure as EWB-UD president & beyond!
