On a chilly April Saturday, 38 exhibitors presented 60 entries to judge and Delaware 4-H alumnus Jordan Cook of Peach Bottom Pennsylvania, at the Delaware 4-H and FFA Spring Dairy Expo held at the Delaware State Fairgrounds in Harrington.
