Kindness Matters
The Kindness Matters club had a busy October! They attended the NCC 4-H Achievement Celebration, participated in the Pumpkin Contest, made a display for the Display Contest and taught about the dangers of drugs at Leasure Elementary for Red Ribbon Week.
Porter Gang
Today we started the meeting with old business and new events, and our treasurers talked about our account balance. We have not spent anything since last month. Our “Join 4-H” poster got first place and will be judged in the next stage of the competition! Toward the end of our meeting, we made Snowman Soup (hot cocoa) DIY packs stocking stuffers for the soldiers fighting for our country. We also had a ton of fun making little turkeys for the elderly home with candy inside.
