At our monthly meeting this month, we opened with our pledge, and our treasurers, Jackson and Colby Anderson talked about finances from last month. We all took a minute to congratulate Miss Klair for her nomination to be in the Hall of Fame for 4-H. We then talked about our upcoming events, like our haybale ride. We also covered our new social media platform, which is porterg_4h_club. Colby Lockridge is in charge of social media.
Heavenly Hooves
The Heavenly Hooves Club participated in the parade in Middletown on Oct. 5 and did a great job representing 4-H!
Kindness Matters
We made a giant thank you poster and a banana cream pie to give to the Veterans so they know how much we appreciate them. We also learned how to dispose of an American flag properly if we don’t burn it.
