Dr. Kokkolaras of McGill
This past Friday, Dr. Michael Kokkolaras from McGill University gave a guest lecture on Mesh Adaptive Direct Search (MADS) as the penultimate ASME UD speaker series event of the spring 2018 semester.
Rapid Bridge Replacement
This past Wednesday, professional engineers crowded into the Center for Composite Materials to learn more about rapid bridge replacement techniques. Though initially snowed out and rescheduled two weeks latter, we had a great turnout just the same.
Speaker Series – I-495 Presentation!
ASME learned a lot and had a great time watching the I-495 Presentation by Barry Benson. There was an excellent turnout of 51 people, who learned about the inner workings of transportation engineering. Thank you Mr. Benson for your time and for everyone that came out and made this event such a success!
