ASME is a national organization formed to provide mechanical engineers a forum in which to network, to gain industry and business information, and to share insight into current technologies. The University of Delaware has its own student chapter of ASME. Since the UD ASME chapter is working on the college level, the activities pertain more to undergraduate students.
