The Student Alumni Ambassadors are a group of driven students who work under the Office of Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) to foster relationships between students and alumni. We encourage school spirit through promoting the UD Bucket List and participating in events such as I <3 UD Day, Homecoming Spirit Day, and both the Twilight Induction and the Twilight Toast! UDSAAs also educate students on the importance of giving back to UD, along with our many opportunities for professional development. From dancing on The Green while decked out in blue and gold or networking with our outstanding alumni, this club has something to offer everyone.
Becoming an SAA includes gaining access to many unique campus events that most students do not have access to. These events are perfect ways to practice networking skills and make connections for after graduation. Additionally, SAAs get officially branded SAA gear, including a polo shirt, quarter zip fleece lined sweatshirt, and a Blue and Gold striped rugby shirt! Furthermore, SAA is an excellent opportunity to make new friends from all over the University, and there is even a $1000 scholarship open only to SAAs!
